At The Bakery, we take pride in delivering freshly baked, high-quality treats. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.
1. Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds on items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of the damaged items).
We will assess the situation and offer you a replacement or a full refund based on our evaluation.
2. Exchanges
As we specialise in custom-made baked goods, we are unable to accept exchanges unless the item is incorrect or damaged. Please carefully check your order details before completing the purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@thebakerymcr.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue. We will investigate and ensure a resolution – this may include a full refund or a replacement being sent to you.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, as our products are made to order, cancellations will not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@thebakerymcr.co.uk.
5. Late Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries unless the delay is caused by an error on our part.
